Privacy Policy
Updated on: February 28, 2026
Welcome to our software products and services. We fully understand the importance of your personal information and will adopt appropriate security measures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to protect your personal information in a secure and controllable manner. Therefore, the SaleWisely service provider ("we", "us", or "our") has formulated this "SaleWisely Privacy Policy" (the "Policy" or this "Privacy Policy") to help you fully understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our products and services.
Before using our products and services, please read and fully understand this Policy carefully, especially the clauses highlighted in bold and/or bold-underlined text.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you understand the functions and content of SaleWisely products and services, as well as the necessary personal information required for the operation of SaleWisely products, functional modules, and value-added services, and you authorize us to collect and use such information accordingly. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this agreement, please do not download, install, or use SaleWisely products and related services. Your actions such as clicking to agree, downloading, installing, using, or logging in are deemed as your having read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the SaleWisely service agreement between you and us (whether in electronic or non-electronic form).
I. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all products and services provided by the SaleWisely service provider to you through websites, software clients, mobile terminals, and new forms that may emerge with technological development.
Except for information collection and use activities described in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to other services provided to you by SaleWisely partners or other third parties. Such services are subject to their own separately provided rules on personal information collection and use.
II. Collection and Use of Information
When you use our products/services, the personal information we need/may need to collect and use includes the following two categories:
1. To provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally;
2. To provide you with additional functions of our products and/or services, you may choose to separately consent or not consent to our collection and use of certain information. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to use relevant additional functions or achieve the intended function effects, but this will not affect your use of basic functions.
We would like to remind you that we are committed to providing diverse products and services to meet your needs. Due to the wide range of functional modules and service types we offer, and differences in the specific products/services selected by different users, the types and scope of personal information collected and used for basic/additional functions may vary. Please refer to the specific product modules and service functions you actually use.
The specific functional scenarios we provide include, but are not limited to:
1. Functional module services of the Basic, Professional, and Business versions of SaleWisely products
We provide services based on the SaleWisely account you create and the plans or functional modules you subscribe to. To create a SaleWisely account, you need to provide at least your mobile phone number or email address. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register a SaleWisely account.
When you use SaleWisely products and services, SaleWisely will automatically receive and record information from your browser and device, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics, pages visited, service logs, and operation logs.
To ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the above information you provide. In scenarios where your identity must be verified by law (including protection of minors, prevention of telecom/network fraud, tax withholding, or identity determination in administrative enforcement or judicial proceedings), you may authorize identity verification through facial recognition channels provided by us. Verification information will be used for the above purposes.
2. Additional Services
You may choose to further complete your account profile by providing information such as your nickname and mobile phone number to obtain additional services better suited to your needs. You may also choose not to provide such information, but you may not be able to obtain related services; this will not affect normal use of other functions and services.
SaleWisely may launch campaigns from time to time for newly introduced services and functions. If you participate in such campaigns, we will collect information through campaign interfaces, including but not limited to your identity information and contact details, so that we can contact you, verify your eligibility, and distribute rewards. If you do not participate, you do not need to provide such information. If you participate but refuse to provide it, you may not receive related rewards.
With your active authorization, SaleWisely may collect store information (only for supported independent-site platforms) for your own marketing scenarios. If you do not grant authorization, you may be unable to use related marketing functions.
3. Helping You Complete Payments
To complete order payments, you may need to provide an Alipay account, WeChat account, or choose other payment methods. For example, if you choose Alipay, we will share your SaleWisely account, the corresponding Alipay member name, order payment information, order security-related device information, and other necessary information required under anti-money laundering laws with Alipay via embedded Alipay SDKs in the application or other means.
If you choose WeChat for payment, we will share your SaleWisely account, the corresponding WeChat member name, order payment information, order security-related device information, and other necessary information required under anti-money laundering laws with WeChat via embedded WeChat SDKs in the application or other means.
If you choose payment services provided by other financial institutions, we will also share necessary bank card payment information, including card number and expiry date, with the corresponding financial institution selected by you.
To promptly learn and confirm your payment progress and status and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment-progress-related transaction data from your selected transaction counterparties, Alipay, or other selected financial institutions. Such data is collected and used to facilitate transactions requested by you. Some transaction data may constitute personal data and may include your name, email address, contact number, payment method information (such as credit/debit card number, bank account details, or images of your selected payment card), amount and date of SaleWisely purchase, and transaction order number.
We provide quick payment and auto-renewal services. You may choose to save your payment information for your next payment. You may also activate auto-renewal, in which case your saved payment information may be used to activate and pay each subsequent auto-renewal order. For detailed rules, please refer to the quick payment and auto-renewal pages and the "SaleWisely Auto-Renewal Agreement."
You understand and agree that when you click the checkbox to agree to save payment information and enable quick payment functions, you are deemed to consent to our collection and storage of your payment information for future payments. When you click the checkbox to activate auto-renewal services, you are deemed to agree to the "SaleWisely Auto-Renewal Agreement" and authorize SaleWisely to deduct service fees for the next billing cycle from your linked account in accordance with that agreement.
4. Customer Service and Dispute Handling
When you contact us or submit requests regarding in-sales support, after-sales support, or dispute resolution, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership identity and protect your account and system security.
To contact you efficiently, help you solve issues quickly, or record solutions and outcomes, we may retain your communications with us, correspondence/call records, and related content (including account information, address, email, other information provided by you to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave). If you make inquiries, complaints, or suggestions regarding specific orders, we will use your account and order information.
For the reasonable needs of providing and improving service quality, we may also use other information, including information you provide when contacting customer service and questionnaire responses you submit when participating in surveys.
III. External Provision of Information
(I) Sharing
We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside the SaleWisely service provider, except in the following cases:
1. Sharing necessary for performance of legal obligations: we may share your personal information as required by laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution, lawful requests of administrative or judicial authorities, and other legal obligations.
2. Sharing with your consent: after obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
3. Sharing necessary for conclusion or performance of contracts to which you are a party: when you purchase goods or services through SaleWisely, we may share necessary transaction-related information in your order with relevant providers according to your selection, so as to fulfill your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.
4. Sharing with affiliates: to facilitate joint service provision by us and our affiliates, provide products and services based on SaleWisely platform accounts, recommend information of potential interest, identify abnormal member accounts, and protect personal/property safety of SaleWisely affiliates, other users, or the public, your personal information may be shared with our affiliates and/or their designated service providers. We only share necessary personal information and only for purposes stated in this Policy. If we share sensitive personal information or if affiliates change the purpose of use/processing, we will seek your authorization and consent again.
Please note that information you voluntarily share or even publicly disclose while using our services may involve your own or others' personal information, including sensitive personal information. Please make decisions with extra caution.

The recipient will continue to perform this Policy and other legal obligations. If the recipient changes the original purpose or method of processing, it will obtain your consent again.
(IV) Public Disclosure - We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
1. Based on your active choice and other separate consent, we may publicly disclose your personal information;
2. If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated SaleWisely platform agreements and rules, or to protect personal/property safety of SaleWisely users or the public, we may disclose your personal information, including related violations and measures already taken by SaleWisely.
IV. Your Rights
You may access and manage your information in the following ways, and we will respond to your requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations:
(I) Access, Correction, and Supplement
You have the right to request access to, correction of, and supplementation to your information through official customer service or via support@SaleWisely.com.
(II) Deletion
You may delete part of your information through the paths listed in "(I) Access, Correction, and Supplement" or apply to close your account to delete all of your information.
In the following circumstances, you may request deletion of personal information by contacting customer service:
1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect or use your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;
3. If our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
4. If the processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary for achieving that purpose;
5. If we stop providing products or services, or the retention period has expired.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify, as far as possible, entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, or such entities have independently obtained your authorization).
After you or we delete related information, due to applicable legal and security technical limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing until backups can be cleared or anonymized.
(III) Changing Scope of Authorization
You can change or withdraw the scope of your authorization for our collection and processing of your personal information as follows: you may manage linked authorizations through "My - Account and Security."
For authorizations you cannot directly modify through the above methods, you may contact customer service for modification. However, please note that for some types of personal information, such as information necessary for SaleWisely basic functions or required for us to fulfill legal obligations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization. After you withdraw authorization, we will stop processing corresponding personal information. Your withdrawal will not affect processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
(IV) Account Cancellation
If you confirm that you will no longer use our products or services and wish to cancel your account, you may contact us through official customer service or support@SaleWisely.com to submit your account cancellation request. After you submit the request, we will stop providing products or services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
You acknowledge and understand that account cancellation is irreversible. After cancellation, all content, information, data, and records under the account will be deleted or anonymized. You will no longer be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use, or recover them, nor may you require us to recover them, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or relevant national standards.
If after careful consideration you still decide to cancel your account, please carefully read and fully understand the account cancellation instructions first. If you need to use our services again after cancellation, you are welcome to re-register according to our product rules.
Upon receiving your valid cancellation application, we will process your personal information in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
(V) Restricting Automated Decision-Making by Information Systems
In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including algorithms. If such decisions affect your lawful rights and interests, you may contact us through customer service.
(VI) Responding to Your Above Requests
For the above requests raised by you or potentially your guardian, close relatives, or other authorized entities, as well as your related personal information rights under laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you may contact customer service or directly file a complaint with our dedicated personal information protection department. We will respond within 15 days.
To protect your account and personal information security, when you submit the above requests, we may first verify your identity (such as enhanced account verification, requiring written requests, or other reasonable methods) before processing your request.
In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests. However, for repeated requests made multiple times or beyond reasonable limits, we may charge an appropriate fee at our discretion. We may refuse requests involving information not directly related to your identity, repeated requests without reasonable grounds, requests requiring excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), requests posing risks to others' lawful rights and interests, or impractical requests.
V. Retention Period of Information and Data
(I) We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless mandatory retention is required by law. For example, the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that information on goods, services, and transactions be retained for at least three years from the completion date of a transaction.
We mainly determine personal information retention periods based on the following standards:
1. Completing transaction purposes related to you and maintaining corresponding transaction and business records to respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
2. Ensuring the security and quality of services provided to you; 3. Whether you consent to a longer retention period;
4. Whether there are other special agreements or legal requirements regarding retention periods.
After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We have adopted industry-standard, reasonable, and feasible security measures to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of personal information.
(II) Retention and Processing of Project Data
The following specific rules apply to project data created under your account. If you are a super administrator account, you may independently manage data and set retention periods for each project.
1. Retention period for paid project data (user-selectable feature)
To facilitate your management of data retention periods, we provide an independent data retention strategy setting for each project. If you are a super administrator account, you may choose one of the following retention options for a single project through "Settings - Project Management" in the client:
l "Yes, automatically deactivate the project and delete data after 360 days"
l "No, keep data long-term (until you actively delete it)"
You acknowledge and agree that the default system rules are as follows:
(1) For projects established before this policy revision takes effect, the existing data retention rules remain unchanged. The system will default to "long-term data retention" until you actively adjust the retention period (see below) or actively deactivate related project data.
(2) For projects established after this policy revision takes effect, the system will default to the rule of "automatically deactivating the project and deleting data after 360 days." Specifically, 360 days after expiry, the system will automatically deactivate the project and delete related data. When you create a new project, we will explain this default retention rule and modification path in the in-product "Help Center." You may change it to "long-term data retention" at any time in project settings.
(3) Your awareness of the default rule and your subsequent failure to modify settings will be deemed as your confirmation of that project's data retention arrangement.
(4) You may change the above settings at any time during the project's lifecycle. The new retention strategy will apply to subsequent data retention periods for that project after the change.
2. Data processing after paid project expiry
(1) When a paid project (such as PRO / MAX / custom version) expires and you do not renew, and the project's retention setting is "automatically deactivate and delete data after 360 days," the project will enter a 360-day data retention period. During this period: 1) you may still log in and access/export project data; 2) advanced or value-added functions related to paid plans will be suspended.
(2) During the above 360-day retention period, you may continue to manage project data by renewing, exporting data, or adjusting project retention settings.
(3) If no action is taken after the 360-day retention period expires (including but not limited to renewal, data export, disabling automatic deactivation, or switching to long-term retention), the system will automatically deactivate the project and delete related data.
(4) The platform will send notices via in-site messages and your reserved email address at 7 days, 5 days, and 1 day before the end of the 360-day retention period (including the expiry day). Failure to actually receive notices due to changed contact information, email interception, or other non-platform reasons does not affect enforcement of the above data retention rules.
3. Data retention period for free projects
Free project data retention does not apply the default "automatically deactivate and delete data after 360 days" rule, and will be retained in accordance with Article V, Section (I).
4. Project deactivation operations
(1) Automatic deactivation: as described above, paid projects that meet conditions (expired without renewal and retention strategy set to "automatic deactivation") will be automatically deactivated by the system after the retention period ends.
(2) Manual immediate deactivation request: super administrators may also actively click "Deactivate Project" at any time in "Project Management" settings for any project (paid or unpaid) to immediately deactivate the project and delete or anonymize all data.
(3) Relationship between account cancellation and project deactivation: account cancellation under Article IV, Section (IV) of this Policy will trigger deactivation and data deletion for all projects under that account.
Consequences of project deactivation: you understand and agree that regardless of the trigger method above (automatic deactivation or manual immediate deactivation), deactivation will permanently delete or anonymize all data related to that specific project. Such deletion is irreversible. Once executed, all content, information, data, and records under the project will be deleted or anonymized. You will no longer be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use, or recover them, nor may you require us to recover them, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or relevant national standards. Before performing deactivation, please ensure you have backed up or exported all data that needs to be retained.
5. Rules linkage and operation path instructions
Section 2 of this article sets forth specific rules for project data retention and management and refines the general principles for personal information retention in this Policy.
Account cancellation: if you wish to cancel your entire account, you should apply by contacting official customer service in accordance with Article IV, Section (IV) "Account Cancellation" of this Policy. After account cancellation, the platform will delete or anonymize account-related data according to law.
VI. Updates to This Policy
To provide you with better product and service experiences, we continuously improve our products, services, and technologies. When new services are introduced or business processes change, we may update this Privacy Policy to inform you of specific changes. However, without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights under this Policy.
For major changes, we will provide more prominent notices (including announcements on the SaleWisely website or pop-up prompts to you).
VII. Protection of Minors
SaleWisely services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor under applicable law, please carefully read the privacy policies of developer/advertiser applications and this Privacy Policy together with your parents or other guardians under their supervision and guidance before using SaleWisely products and services, and use the application or provide personal information only after obtaining guardian consent.
We protect minors' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Unless otherwise provided by law, we will only collect, use, store, share, transfer, or publicly disclose minors' personal information when permitted by law, with explicit consent from parents or other guardians, or when necessary to protect minors. If we discover that we collected minors' personal information without verifiable prior parental consent, we will take steps to delete relevant information as soon as possible.
If you are a parent or other guardian of a minor and have questions regarding the minor's personal information, please contact us through the contact methods provided in this Privacy Policy.
VIII. Contact Us
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this Policy, you may contact us through SaleWisely online customer service. Please note that we may not respond to matters unrelated to this Policy or your personal information rights.
